Performance and creative workshops for children and adults with the Souselades

In November 2025, we had the joy of hosting on Amorgos the group The Sousourades, giving our island a beautiful two-day event full of fairy tales, music, creativity, and shared experiences for both young and old.

The event began on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Municipal School of Katapola, with the new musical storytelling performance by the Sousourades "Tell a fairy tale and sip sweet wine".
Through stories, myths, and songs about the vineyard and sweet wine, the audience traveled into a world of narration and music, where tradition met imagination and the joy of gathering.

With narration and singing by Angeliki Agalianou and Eleana Chatzaki, the performance was aimed at adults and created a warm, festive atmosphere. The hall was filled with people, stories, laughter, dance, and wine, while the evening became even more special thanks to Angeliki's treat, who celebrated that day.

We warmly thank the Sousourades for this magical evening, all of you who filled the Katapola school with your presence and enthusiasm, as well as the Municipality of Amorgos for providing the venue.

In the following days, the activities continued in the schools of Amorgos, which once again filled with fairy tales, music, games, and creativity. The children from the kindergartens and primary schools actively participated in the narrations, laughed, sang, applauded, and created original constructions using ecological materials, inspired by autumn.

We sincerely thank the Sousourades for once again responding with such enthusiasm to our invitation and sharing the magic of storytelling with the island's children.
